Késio - Coconut Milk Chocolate
This bar is named after one of my favorite people - a Brazilian living in Guimarães, Portugal. Késio was the most eligible bachelor in the ward, and was chronically optimistic!
Késio spoke English fluently, and to be honest, spoke Portuguese worse than the missionaries 🙈 He would accompany the missionaries every Sunday, and those were definitely some of the best days I spent in Portugal.
The bar that shares his name pays homage to its namesake by using beans from Brazil, and instead of normal milk (nothing about Késio was normal!) we use coconut milk, which gives this bar a distinct flavor. Rounding out the flavor profile are macadamia nuts, since Késio was probably actually nuts.
